CloudConnect To CRM

Eclispse Computing, once of Australia’s largest Microsoft Gold Partners was contracted by 180 Group to configure a protocol to intercept incoming emails, and import into the 180 Groups CRM. Eclispse selected CloudConnect, which parsed incoming email content, and pushed directly into the 180 Group CRM. With CloudConnect in place, 180 Group was able to minimize handling times associated with importing emails, while reducing their overall costs.

Time Well Spent

Once of the issues 180 Group faced with manually importing email data was the potential of human error. With CloudConnect, the email content is automatically pushed and stored within their CRM, erasing any potential errors.
